Family vacation

We packed up Julesy recently (and everything else we could find) and took our first family vacation down to the beach in Montauk, NY (the eastern end of Long Island). We had a great time and mr. baby really does love long walks on the beach. Thanks so much to Aunt Rita and Phyl for the amazing hospitality - we cant wait to come back.

Hard to believe we have known the Stricklands for the better part of 15 years now! Sadly, we have not seen them for the last 2 of those 15 years. This past week however, that stat was neutralized when Dave, Kirstin, Norah and Mae journeyed from LA to New England in search of relaxation and non-scorched landscapes...a little snippet of the days we spent with them.

No, I am not completely unimaginative, but I did not have anything original to name this blog post, although I felt it bore posting because Julesy is getting so darn big and also cute. He's a good little boy.

Babysitting

Mommy and Daddy were home on Tuesday and took turns watching me...it was fun! I got bored with Daddy "trying" to "work from home" while looking after me and decided to nap a bit while daddy troubleshot issues at work.

Below you will see me in my new favorite seat, the Bumbo. I am sitting in wait of the arrival of our friends the Stricklands who are coming in from LA this weekend.

Our little man is not so little anymore and hit the 4 month mark with gusto this weekend. He is very proud of his accomplishments and thought he would display them on the web as he is quite fond of blogging.

Thanks to all of my sponsors for your generosity - my inaugural PMC ride was a success and a ton of fun. On the nicest day of the summer, I rode 90 miles from Wellesley, MA to the Mass Maritime Academy in Bourne. The event and the gratitude along the route were both amazing!
